Integrating your story into your body

The rhythm and form of the work varies, a unique process always emerges. A collaboration.

I am trained as a reader-healer and as a bone-closer and yoga teacher. In addition, I have been playing mantras for over 20 years. From my deep connection with the love of life, I am a witness to your being and healing process.

For the massage I use rebozo cloths to get your tissues moving. The fascia holds a lot of tension. The rhythmic movements release a lot of stress. It is a de-stressing treatment. Your system resets, creating space for new ideas and solutions.

How does it work?

First you make an appointment, this can be done via my online calendar.

We meet at Gemene-Weideweg-Zuid 73 at the agreed time.

The cloths will be ready for you, there will be tea and space to arrive and share. At some point we will start the more physical work.

This starts with opening the space, a cleansing and a welcoming ritual.

Letting go of stress

This is followed by the systematic rocking and loosening of your entire body.

You keep your comfortable clothes on.

The first part is standing, then you lie down and there is extra attention for the pelvic area and the limbs.

If desired, a massage with sesame oil of the abdominal area will now follow. Sometimes energetic work is more appropriate. Together we will decide what feels right for you.

The ritual also includes swaddling your entire body. The cloths are wrapped around you like a cocoon. You can relax, let yourself be carried and let everything go while I watch over you, sing to you, …

After waking up we will finish together, during which a relaxation exercise or mantra can be named to work with at home.
